Exodus 31:12"And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, Speak also to the people of Israel, saying, Truly my Shabbats you shall keep; for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations; that you may know that I am the Lord that does sanctify you. You shall keep the Shabbat therefore; for it is holy to you... It is a sign between Me and the people of Israel forever; for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day He shabbat-ed, and was refreshed."
"Nothing is required but the readiness of the soul to establish a harmony between man and the divine. That is why no ritual object is essential for the observance of the Shabbat... Shabbat is not "a day of rest" in order to gain strength for new efforts — Shabbat is a goal; our week does not begin with the Shabbat, it ends with it... Our weekdays are ascending preceding the Shabbat. The secular is a preparation for the holy. The days of the week are longing for the Shabbat as our material life is longing for the eternal Shabbat to which it gravitates... Shabbat is the most vital force in Jewish life, it is a "covenant between God and Israel." To keep the Shabbat means to worship and give honor to the Lord with every activity that we do on the day that He chose, on the day that He sanctified:
Isaiah 58:13"If you restrain your foot because of the Shabbat, from pursuing your own pleasures on My holy day; and call the Shabbat a delight, the holy day of the Lord honorable; and shall honor it, not doing your own ways, nor pursuing your own pleasures, nor speaking of vain matters. Then shall you delight yourself in the Lord; and I will cause you to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father."
It is a day to put aside all vain preoccupations, even speaking about vain matters - the profane - and to concentrate on the sacred ones by worshipping the Creator of the universe; make it a day of delight, not a burden and you will be rewarded with peace, joy and the heritage of Jacob, the father of the Jewish nation.
This day of worship did not change with the advent of Messiah and it will never change, but it will remain the day to worship the Lord for all eternity:
Isaiah 66:22"For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before Me, says the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain [Jewish]. And it shall be from new moon to new moon [Rosh Chodesh to Rosh Chodesh], and from Shabbat to Sabbath, all flesh will come to worship before Me, says the Lord."
Shabbat is a day on which we are called upon to share in what is eternal in time, life everlasting in the presence of the Father and of the Son, Yeshua Hamashiah. Therefore, our vision is to share this Jewish faith by growing a spiritually healthy family that has a Messianic Jewish orientation and that is sizable enough to make an effective presentation of Messiah Yeshua to the community at large and to the Jewish community in particular.

Take the 5 Freeway south (into Orange County) to the 22 Freeway east to the Tustin Avenue exit. Proceed north only about two short blocks to La Veta (also called Rock Creek Rd.), turn right and enter the parking lot 50 feet down on your right.
From the Long Beach/Garden Grove area:
Take the 22 Freeway east to the Tustin Avenue exit. Proceed north only about two short blocks to La Veta (also called Rock Creek Rd.), turn right and enter the parking lot 50 feet down on your right.
From the Fullerton, Anaheim, or Yorba Linda area:
Take the 55 Freeway south to Chapman Avenue WEST exit (make sure not to take the Chapman EAST exit!). Proceed west on Chapman to Tustin Avenue, turn south (left) on Tustin and proceed to La Veta (also called Rock Creek Rd.). Turn east (left) on La Veta and enter the parking lot 50 feet down on your right.
From Huntington Beach or Fountain Valley area:
Take the 405 Freeway to the 55 Freeway north. Proceed to the 17th St. exit, turn west (left) to Tustin Avenue. Take Tustin north (right) to La Veta (also called Rock Creek Rd.), turn east (right) on La Veta and enter the parking lot 50 feet down on your right.
From the Cost Mesa, Newport Beach area:
Take the 55 Freeway north (past the 5 Freeway). Proceed to the 17th St. exit, turn west (left) to Tustin Avenue. Take Tustin north (right) to La Veta (also called Rock Creek Rd.), turn east (right) on La Veta and enter the parking lot 50 feet down on your right.
From Irvine, Mission Viejo and southern Orange County area:
