YOM HASHOAH MEMORIAL SERVICE DVD
On April 17, 2004 we had a special guest for our Yom Hashoah Memorial Service, Mickey Montage, a Shoah (Holocaust) survivor. At last, our video production of this event is ready. As the Shoah generation is passing away we want to offer this DVD as a memorial to them and to say that we will never forget. If you would like a copy of this DVD, please click here and send us an e-mail with your request (please include a shipping address). We thank you in advance for your interest and supporting this kind of event; it is an encouragement to us in pursuing our goal to reach out to our Jewish brothers and sisters.
You may watch three short clips from the video:
Clip #1: Introduction
Clip #2: The Jewish Oppression
Clip #3: The Last Passover

NEW MUSIC WORSHIP LEADER
Tyler Thompson has joined us as our new Worship leader. With over twenty-five years of experience in leading worship, a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from Biola University where he was a member of the Biola Kingsmen (a six-part male a cappella harmony group), and currently pursuing the Master of Music Degree in Voice Performance from California University at Fullerton, Tyler brings a wealth of musical experience as well as a love for Israel and the Hebrew language to our congregation. His gifted voice is one that any cantor would long to have and we consider ourselves blessed indeed to have him lead us into the presence of the Lord on Shabbat mornings.

PURIM
The holiday of Purim is a reminder of the powerful deliverance of God for His chosen people. The story of Purim is a a refreshing reminder in light of recent international events. We celebrated Purim with the play "Reporting from Shushan" (written, cast, and directed by our own Vivian Gall!), booed the name of Haman, the enemy of the Jews, and cheered for Mordechai!
